1.Responsible?for?PET?Foam?project?in?Suzhou?plant.?New?PET?Foam?extrusion?line?set?up?and?production?line?modification?project?inChina.?Identifies?opportunities?for?improvement?and?makes?constructive?suggestions.
2.Understands?change?resulting?from?improvement?efforts?and?integrates?positive?changes?into?the?project?process.?Leading?projects?related?to?the?polyolefin?production?processing?inChina.?
3.Develops?the?ability?to?present?project?plans?and?opportunities?via?written,?verbal?or?group?presentations?to?various?audiences?who?are?stakeholders?for?improvement.

1.Professional?Engineer,?preferably?Mechanical,?Industrial?or?Chemical
2.Bachelor?degree?or?above,?at?least?five?years’?experience?in?project?management.
3.Ability?to?use?people?skills?to?overcome?any?resistance?from?departments?and?personnel?affected?by?his/her?projects.?Cooperation?through?communication.
